I'm a passionate educator with 20 years of teaching experience in San Francisco, CA. I have mostly worked in general education classrooms with many neurodivergent learners, including children with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorders, and other intellectual and/or social-emotional needs. My background in multisensory teaching techniques allows me to help students of all backgrounds learn to read, write, and achieve across content areas. My goal is to ignite learning for K-8 children and provide the necessary instruction and strategies to learn so that they can achieve their greatest potential. Most importantly, I truly care for each child. Building a significant relationship with each child creates a joyful and impactful learning experience.
When I'm not teaching, I'm a busy mother of three teenagers and three fur babies, a voracious reader, an avid city walker, and a San Francisco Education Fund classroom volunteer.
